C. DALE QUISENBERRY
Dale Quisenberry was born in 1965, graduating from
the University of Missouri in 1987, where he earned his B.S. degree
in mechanical engineering. While at Mizzou, Dale was employed by
3M as a student engineer. Following graduation, he worked in St.
Louis as an applications engineer for a manufacturer of magnetic
clutches and brakes, tension sensors and related electronic controls.
Dale then moved to Tulsa in 1989 to begin his legal education at
the University of Tulsa College of Law. During the summer following
his first year of law school, Dale studied law in England at Oxford
University, Queen's College. He graduated from Tulsa's law school
with his JD degree in May of 1992, and was admitted to the Oklahoma
Bar in September of 1992. Thereafter, Dale commenced his practice
in the area of intellectual property with a well-known patent litigator
in Tulsa, focusing on intellectual property litigation. In 1996,
he joined the firm of Tobor & Goldstein (subsequently renamed
Goldstein & Polasek), making partner in 1999. In 2002 Dale helped
co-found Polasek, Quisenberry & Errington, L.L.P. Dale's practice
is primarily focused in the area of intellectual property litigation
and licensing, and also includes patent prosecution and rendering
opinions. In addition to being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar, Dale
is also admitted to the Texas Bar, the United States Courts of Appeal
for the Federal and Tenth Circuits, and a number of federal district
courts. Dale is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston
Young Lawyers' Association, the Houston Intellectual Property Law
Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association
and the American Bar Association, including its Intellectual Property
