Doug Elliott recently joined the firm as partner. Elliott brings over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law, including litigation of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases, as well as claims involving unfair competition, breach of contract, ownership and licensing.
Doug Elliott’s litigation practice is dedicated primarily to patent litigation, particularly representing small and medium sized businesses and individual inventors.
